Gator, they only just started the process. There are 10,000 companies that have their shares trade on the OTC Markets platform.

257 on the QX, about 700 on the QB, and a little over 1000 on the OTC Current.

That means there are about 8000 non-current and dormant companies that will be removed.

If you noticed, all of the 379 suspended companies are on the Caveat Emptor list. Tomi is just the next tier up on the Stop list.

I spoke with Jill recently at the SEC in DC and she said this is just the beginning. Also, I have spent time on another issue with Jill in DC at the SEC in the Corp. Fin. Dept. regarding other issues. She said they are over worked because of these issues.

I am scheduled to meet with Ms. S in enforcement in DC on F Street the second week of June regarding certain and pertinent information regarding convertibles and dormant pump and dumps.

She did say that it could be weeks or years before a company like TOMI goes across her desk for suspension. She said there are too many of them. So that is why I have a meeting scheduled in June to help accelerate certain circumstances.
