It's only few weeks after the 10k
The annual report only reported til Dec 31 last year.

What should we expect in terms or revenue?
Expect the same old thing, not enough earnings to make any dent in the bottom line. How could it possibly be any other way when there are only a couple dozen MagShoes available for sale? Check inventory

What should we expect in terms of loses?
Traditionally IDOI shareholders have acquired a loss of over $1,500,000.00 per quarter. Over $7,000,000.00 a year lately.

What will be the O/S at?
The O/S will be close to 19,738,262 imo
Traditionally the financiers end up with 98% of the authorized shares which they then sell to investors at any price they can get, and then sometimes the financiers pay for the stock touts to help boost sales(see pump and dump) as is occurring recently.

Compare the last couple years of sales to the first couple years of sales and one will note, Demand for MagShoe has been DECREASING through the years! Check the filings for 2008 and 2009 and compare that to today's sales/revenues(after discounts, distributor fees, cost of sales, lol) revenues which are not even enough to pay the one man assembly lineman's salary.
Thoughts?
