The company is talking about possibly hitting the flu season for human trials overseas next Spring. That is less than a yr from now. If they are able to pull that off you will see plenty of stock movement well in advance of that timeframe as things start to line up. The other issue that I think is skewing your perception is the overhang of stock created by the Seaside conversions. It's that overhang that is primarily responsible for snuffing out all the little rallies and obviously that pattern cannot be projected indefinitely into the future. Once that is gone you will likely see a completely different trading pattern with the stock working higher in a way that is more indicative of fundamental progress at the company. But subject to the vagaries of the market, of course. Speaking of which, right now risk is being tossed with many high beta names getting taken to the woodshed. I'm sure that is having some effect on recent trading as well.
