The Shareholders approved the R/S and we were made aware of it well in advance. Shame on us for not taking the right action before it happened and congrats to those that did. I don't believe its the company's duty to hold our hand through the reverse split, but I agree it would have been nice to know when it was being executed. Investor always needs to beware regardless of the company, but more so on pennies.

Time to focus on the future, not the past.
