companies use distributors because its easier than handling it themselves. some companies will use a third party distributor and others will create their own seperate distribution center. im not sure what youre getting at but if youre talking about cooking the books...i would dismiss that notion because if it is this easy for tommy9fingers to figure it out its probably not true
