Normally when using a distributor such as JJ in any other business relationship then JJ would be IPA's customer and Hobby lobby would be JJ's customer

Otherwise why would IPA need JJ as a distributor if IPA was selling direct to hobby lobby. IPA could ship direct to Hobby Lobby and they could do their own distribution and it would be cheaper for hobby lobby to do this. As a matter of fact Hobby Lobby has their own tranfer agent that could arrange all of the shipping and distribution. So why JJ at all unless JJ is doing the sales.

Also Why does JJ owe 1.2 million ... this alone shows IPA is billing JJ for the art and JJ is the customer not Hobby lobby.

And as a distributor JJ international is free to mark up the art it sell to hobby lobby at what ever rate they want and IPA is free to Charge JJ what ever the want...

This was supposed to be an arms length deal

whats to stop IPA from under charging JJ to redirect profits to JJ once they sell to Hobby lobby. THis way Chang could keep most of his money and then just let just enough profits go back to IPA to make it look legit.

This is an open recipe to cook the books.

Remember it looks like Like Carl paid $36K for PO box he may have been subletting to VSPC at a profit to himself.

So why would JJ be any different?
