Right, abc123otc – that's exactly how I see it, too. I believe that the CEO is keen to follow all the filing obligations to the letter.


I concur. In fact, it means more that they actually filed an extension because it means they give weight to the OTC info tier and have followed compliance measures to maintain it IMO
