Spanish property title passed to PTQ yet?

CMR, the supposed former owner of the Spanish property, issued this update last month.

PTQ still has not confirmed that title to the Spanish properties has passed to PTQ. Is this "complication" what stopped Fifer from presenting at the last show in Europe?
