ALL SCOTTRADE HOLDERS TRYING TO SELL(or BUY) SHOULD DO THIS!
I just talked to April Keyes who works in SEC enforcement in NYC. She said to go to www.sec.gov, click "Contacts" at the bottom of the page, then select "Investor Complaint Center", then select "online forms" under Complaints and send a form to her attention.
When I told her that Scottrade was not allowing sells but the stock was not halted by the SEC and other brokerage firms were allowing sells, she said, "That sounds very strange, indeed."
She also said that if I filled out the complaint form she will process it quickly and force Scottrade to fill my order.
Let's send her as many of these as we can and put the squeeze on the president of Scottrade who is in bed with NITE. You're fighting for your money here.
