Going to make a 12 lb Sauce. Large amount. Hope to get the spice this weekend. Going to freeze a whole bunch for future. It should be good for 6 months in freezer.

I tell you a Large can of plum Tomatoes 6 lb is only $3.99 at Costco. That is cheap. So with all the spices. This should cost me $12 to $15. For 12 lbs. Very reasonable. Since a Upscale store sauce is $10 per jar.
