NBI was incorporated in '07 but its history shows it was dormant for most of the time period leading up to the 2011 R/M. I believe in that four year period there were two reinstatement with SOS of Florida.

The merger itself was in order to get NBI into a shell so it could trade publicly -- until that point it was simply a private Florida corporation.
