WOW!! You have to give credit to these thieves. They manage to force everyone into giving JPM a waiver of Liability giving them immunity and it cost them nothing or what appears to be 0.3 cents/share company. They get a free "out of jail card" and still get to keep things like tax refund and interest on the 4B and countless assets. Now can someone else explain how the hell did that happened? Can you unmistakenly say the lawyers and EC were looking for our interests? Im still baffled how this judge said this is fair and reasonable and not give a sweat thinking what may happen if she gets caught....
