Sony - New notebooks with TPM

Sony has never officially launched a line of corporate notebooks, but that changes today. The new Sony VAIO BX line is targeted at mobile professionals in the workforce, focusing on portability, security, and communication.

...Sony's systems have lacked security standards, lagging behind vendors, such as Dell, HP, and IBM. The BX line will be the first among Sony laptops to have built-in TPM (Trusted Platform module) and biometrics. Both security devices will be used in tandem for an added level of hardware security to protect your valuable passwords and top secret files.
