If the merger was real, AND the time frame was close, two things come to mind.

1. The price would not be where it's at.
2. There would not have been this executive conference call.

I've lost enough money to know that when things don't fall in place right away with most of these pennies, then they simply never fall into place. The CC was nothing more than a stall tactic. Not to talk about revs or the merger really put the icing on the cake for me. I just want to get out and now stuck in it. I would be willing to sell at .0025 and take a nice loss.

Company puts out PR's just to dilute....THat's my take. I expect another bogus PR soon to pump in some revs for the company. What's funny is I wasn't concerned until this conference call PR came out.
