If you're right about 4 mil float, what does this tell you about the CEO and P&D? He is either clueless or lies. LOL

Stock crash and burns with every P&D and all he can say is, "Float is 4 mil, insider not selling and must be shorts." Oh ya, "We don't know who is selling." Yup. Either clueless or liar. Maybe....both.
