But what you say is true. In the mean time IMO it looks like the earnings front going forward looks much better after todays CC which should end any further down side in the share value from here.

The litigation and or court date with Ericsson is very important but as long as the earnings remain strong the share price should support itself IMO.

On the other hand we could reach an agreement on a settle as well with Ericsson in the mean time. Also new licensee agreements with others and 3G technology break throughs could come about.

The only real downside I can see is any unforseen problems on the war or economic fronts.

Time will tell.
