Want to share my mind ....


Dear All,

I am the new kid on the block and have been silently acquiring 100,000s & 100,000s of shares in the last couple of months.

It is and will be all about cloud and datacenter in the coming years. The cloud is a datacenter at the backend. There are 4 main vectors for a datacenter:

1) Networking
2) Solutions & Services
3) Storage
4) Servers & Application Software

Networking gear is being commoditized and we have big players like Cisco, Juniper, Huawei and the list goes on. IWEB doesn’t play in this space. The margins are falling down.

Solutions & Services are consulting services, and again, IWEB has no role in here.

Storage demand will skyrocket because of cloud and virtualization. Networking vendors and all other companies will/may also like to expand their offerings. IWEB may raise an interest in networking companies who only offer storage networking/switches and may want to move into disk space along with all other potential suitors who have been discussed recently on the board.

Servers & Application Software is a huge market and there is a possibility that these vendors may very well start bundling the hardware (disk space) with their applications. The end customers would prefer to buy the hardware directly from these application vendors as a single package from price and support perspective if the cost is reasonable. IWEB may have a play here as well.

Of all the above-mentioned vectors, Storage & Application Software are the least replaceable and also command the most price premium. IWEB has a play in both these vectors provided it executes well.
