It looks to me as if he's just trying to impress. He's the CEO of MDMN. Don't know if you're familiar with it, but it's been fooling people for more than 14 years now. They're always just about to sign a deal with a JV partner, or somebody's just about to give 'em a ton of money, or they're just about to start drilling. And then something happens. Or rather, nothing happens.

They're almost as much a cult stock as CMKX...
