I would have to say that we were duped into settling with the culprits. Time to file an action to negate the settlement as not being "fair and reasonable." What a difference a few weeks would have made. No wonder it was critically important for the thieves to get us out of bankruptcy under their terms (forced coersion). The entire process constitutes fraud and needs to be re-litigated!
