Even though they suck.... I think Etrade has one of the best mobile apps.. I use sharebuilder for monthly options as they are 7.95 per trade plus 75c per contract. I use Etrade for stock purchases because they don't charge extra for penny stocks. I use Optionsexpress for weeklies.
