Glad my thoughts could be of some help. I certainly have been the beneficiary of many of your enlightening posts.

Now if only the company would publish a Q1 earnings release date and cc time. This is the only thing that is troubling me. (I know, I have posted that way too many times). I just can't think of any good reason why they wouldn't provide the typical lead time on this out of courtesy to the analyst community and the shareholder community.

Steipp surely knows that the BOD is not the only stakeholder that he needs to keep happy. No doubt they are the one he needs to keep happiest ... but any good CEO makes sure to keep his shareholders happy ... and this is an easy one. Unless earnings are going to be delayed for some reason, and from my perspective that would not be a good sign.

If nothing is published today about Q1 earnings and cc, I very seriously doubt they will be released by the 15th and will require an extension. Sure hope they can provide a good reason for that.
