A ready to drink (RTD) 70%-80% proof shot that could become a real game changer in the world of RTD’s.

Each shot in the initial SLAM rollout contains 1.69 ml of 70 to 80 proof alcohol bottled in a 2 oz PET container with only 100 calories and 0 Carbs.

Proton Laboratories, Inc. (Proton Labs) formulated, bottled and boxed all seven flavors for the sole purpose of taste testing with the public during the summer of 2011. Proton Labs went to the GLO Nite Club, The Nutty Irishman and The Beach Bar in the Hamptons to name a few and brought the SLAM lineup to the people. The SBSI crew was overwhelmed with the response we got from each outing. We enjoyed meeting everyone and made some new friends and lined up a large following.

The flavor profiles are at the heart of each shot. The feedback we received from the patrons of each club was invaluable and enables us to produce a product that is fine tuned to what the public wants.

Not only did we observe reaction to taste, but we also the manner that it was consumed in. Surprisingly, we noticed a lot of people sipping the shot. From that, we decided to put into motion, pre-production plans for SLAM in a 750 ml bottle.

1) 13 May 2011 - Specialty Beverage and Supplement, Inc., a privately held Nevada merged with MOJO

Upon the closing of the Merger, Ms. Janieszewski resigned as President, Secretary, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the sole director of the Company. Peter Scalise III was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Scott Ferrari was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer and Neil Rosenberg was appointed Secretary and Treasurer. Simultaneous with the closing, Peter Scalise, Scott Ferrari, Neil Rosenberg, Duncan Weir and Rich Hall were appointed as directors.

Following the merger, there are around 52m shares outstanding.

MOJO PPS immediately shoot up to $0.80 to $0.95.

2) 27 Oct 2011 - SBSI split off from MOJO [undo the earlier merger]

On October 27, 2011, (a) Peter Scalise III, Scott Ferrari, Neil Rosenberg, Duncan Weir and Richard Hall, all of whom are among the Buyers that repurchased SBSI, resigned as members of the Company’s Board of Directors, and Mr. Scalise resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ferrari resigned as its President and Mr. Rosenberg resigned as its Secretary and Treasurer, and (b) Glenn Simpson was elected as a member of the Board of Directors and appointed as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Simpson remains the Company’s sole director and officer and will serve as a director until the next annual meeting of the Company’s shareholders or until his successor is duly elected and qualified or his earlier death, resignation or removal.
