The OPL - Pellegrino Valuation News Release was dated March 2nd 2011.

The Pellegrino Valuation Report was dated February 25th 2011 (addressed to Lee Pierhal).
Review the following points and consider almost 15 months have passed, several devices are in validation testing with BAE and a Major US Military Contractor and Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) codes are being aquired.

Extracted from the original Pellegrino report:

• It will take between 6 and 18 months for POET to pass through technical readiness level
(“TRL”), making POET then desirable for licensing transactions.
• ODIS will enjoy an average of 20 remaining years for statutory protection for POET patent portfolio.
• A time gap that ranges between 2 and 18 months exists that captures when each defense contractor considers executing a license.
• The defense contractors would pay an initial, nonexclusive license fee that may range between $20 million and $50 million
• Defense contractors would make monthly royalty payments thereafter of $250,000 to account for any product-specific royalties.

"Develop a 'drop-in' solution for the military marketplace using the POET technology, develop a Military Spec focused device and acquire a Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code for its products."

Now consider this : The moment the first Military Licensing Agreement is established and made public, the Investment Market interest for OPL will be extemely significant. The above is all Military related. Military monetization will most likely come first. The SP movement will be outstanding when commercial interest takes effect following Military recognition, acceptance and licensing. End result - SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER VALUE.
