Bare,

While I am a long term share holder of over 100k shares (am in the red for about 30k) imo this stock has no business being above .05 (or even lower).

We have nothing but GTC earnings/sales to populate our income statement which doesn't amount to a whole lot imo.

Also, the last filing showed we have huge debt.

I don't think we can keep valuing this stock on our dreams. I for one am very close to giving up. (WE) are the defining definition of insanity; "Keep doing the same thing over and over and over and each time expecting different results".

If nothing comes to light in 30-45days then I will personally concede.
