Two exciting spikes does not a trend make. That said, I'd think if they are issuing new shares saying "for hiring and attracting people" and "to prevent a hostile take-over or buyout" then they would be having a need to hire, and something exciting going on that would make them a candidate for a buyout. The stock has gone straight down for like 5 days now...waiting for the earnings and conference call...maybe the shareholders meeting, to see if this can actually start a positive, upward trend...
