ORYN As usual.. a company that has an idea with no real cash generating product takes over a public entity to generate $$$'s to see if they can get their idea off the ground. And that with a public entity that has no real capitol. That means issuing shares to fund the process... look for dilution and a lower PPS in the future. I would wait on this one until they show that they can generate decent revenues.
