At a noob guess here I would say that RARS is still the pick but like everyone says APS knocks a stock down a good chunk before promoting it. I would guess that this is what it is, APS wants to promo RARS but Penny Stock Heroes and other promo sites jumped the shark on RARS and APS is trying to knock it back down before it becomes their "official" pick, by promoting SNPK they take money away from RARS, dropping it's value and get SNPK a brief bump before the major play of RARS.

This is just my opinion but it *is* what I would do if my teammates were not on the same page and wanted to try and hand me my arse to my followers on a platter.
