I kind of agree Mo. If this was an outright scam, as are 95+% of all pinks, the O/S would be headed toward, if not already at, a billion shares, if not billions.

As we all know, the easiest thing to do is print shares and sling that bull, which these folks seem loath to do. So what could possibly be the gain, if not something of a concrete nature?

Must be some sticking points that are really throwing a monkey wrench into the works, imo.
