My position remains about the same. In reverse order, I answer your questions.

1) Before I vote on any new share authorizations, I want to see that PRESENT MANAGEMENT has performed as per the targets laid out in:

This will greatly shape my attitudes toward granting the BOD what they are seeking, particularly in the way of executive stock awards. I want to see a system of rewarding of executives by DEMoNSTRATED PROGRESS TOWARD SIGNIFICANT and CONSISTENT PROFITABILITY. To date, this has not been demonstrated. The opportunity to show that in 1Q execution was accomplished as per plan above exists. It will be very telling.
In March, Steipp said the Company was in the "midst" of shipping. The implication was at that time that Jan and Feb and Mar saw shipments of the nature of those made in December.

2) I see a continuation of share prices falling tomorrow down to the 200 day moving average.

I conclude by stating my belief, that to date, Steipp has not given me any reason to doubt that he will achieve his production plan as per the above chart. I can only assume that he will continue to understate actual progress made. This is a good attribute for Steipp to maintain.

The 1Q 10Q will be very telling.

As far as forward looking guidance, similarly, I do not expect any SIZZLE of a steak; however, I do insist, at the very least, demonstration that there is BEEF in the BURGER.

By that, I mean, since we have shipped parts, the nature, complexity and size of the parts should be revealed.

We need to know just what capacity is the BETA machine is.
At what optimal operational capacity can it effectively run (cycles per minute)
How many cavities per mold have been demonstrated to be effective.
What is the rejection rate of parts made? Is it acceptable? Normally 1.5-2.5% rejection is normative.

If we get the run around on these issues.......well, then we will know there is no beef.

We old timers have already had our fill of PINK SLIME.

By the way, I wrote in another several posts that Apple is most likely progressing in her production plan totally independent of LQMT. I still maintain this position. I also believe they could very well have already purchased sufficient numbers of machines made in Pyong-Taek by Apple for either delivery to Hon Hai for production of parts made of Liquidmetal by injection molding and assembly into a finished Iphone.

I still think a fall delivery to Apple Stores is possible. I do not consider June to be possible in any stretch of the imagination. You have to understand that Tim Cook is a supply chain genius, but he is going to get it right before they execute something again akin to an antenna gate fiasco.
