It states



that Windows will enable applications that help...

The problem is that Microsoft delays things. They get involved in things like TCPA, TCG and then come out with their own initiatives like NGSCB etc trying to control the market and in the end at least succeed in freezing markets or delay or confuse things.

Their big butt is so huge it knocks everyone around and you can't possibly get around them and most of the time it stinks.
