Yes you are correct they can buy back as many shares as they like. They bought back the 14M in the first quarter as stated in the 10K, without a PR..

Irregardless as to what some certain negative members on here will have you believe MSLP can buy back as much or as little as they like.. i was told that they could not so I googled, researched, and read the sec rules on this... Nowhere does it state they can only buy back what they PR... That PR was lip service for shareholders so we would calm down...quite frankly and personally i hope the price goes lower so MSLP can buy the shares back even cheaper.

Also while trying to find the answer to the quantity of shares MSLP can buy back I stumbled upon the explanation for the recent price action..

They can only buy back 25% of their 4month ADTV(average daily trading volume) it could be 4 weeks but i'm pretty sure its 4 months..

Also they can only buy at the most recent highest bid, or highest independent transaction..

The buy back can not be the first transaction of the day, and it can not buy within a certain time frame from closing..

Here are some links to back up what i have said.. I linked an "ehow" page and the SEC page.. I cross checked the ehow page against the SEC page and it is accurate and correct, but i am putting both just in case someone wants to be a stickler about the ehow reference

Also lets think about this.. it has been noticed that there are large buys and sells coming through AON.. and there have been for quite some time now.. So you either have to believe that there are a whole lot of rich people all with their eyes specifically on MSLP, with a whole lot of rich people selling their positions AON.. or that there is a capital company with convertibles selling and MSLP is buying them back...

I would say that it is safe to assume that when we see VFIN on the bid it is either the company or the execs buying for the most part.... it would be interesting to see who the MSLP convertible noteholders use as a brokerage.. because if they are using VFIN as well then you might have two people sitting in an office somewhere literally talking over each others shoulder playing this thing out exactly how they want.. seems way to coincidental that there are exact matches of AON orders on the Bid & Ask..

i have taken advantage of this and accumulated my position and i'm done buying.... unless it goes subpenny smile

Also I do not see a large pps move until the 2nd quarter financials are released.. as that is when we will see a significant shift in the O/S .... I suspect we will see a spike on the quarter 1 financial and it will show us everything that we want.. that we have come to a pivotal, crucial point for MSLP to turn everything around, and our first profit... which is everything we have wanted.. and that with all the recent PRs.. quarter 2 should be extraordinary.....
