MSLP "may" buy 100 million shares

This has got to go soon. The only thing that comes to mind as a positive........atleast at this moment is............

when the company stated they "may" buy 100million shares...........since they used the word "may" could they essentially buy more than 100million.

Obviously I would assume it goes both ways....the "may" NOT buy the 100million shares as well.

But to see the price dropping....it looks ugly....but I mean somebody had got to be buying....and it's been blocks of buying; yes at the bid too! Isn't that required for a share buy back.....legal to buy at the bid ONLY?
