DANSVILLE NIAGARAN REEF PROSPECT
INGHAM COUNTY, MICHIGAN


American Energy Development’s 1,343 acre Dansville prospects are located amongst wells drilled by majors ExxonMobil, BP and regional major player WestBay Exploration. Reefs in Michigan have produced a total of 472 million barrels of oil and 2.8 TCF gas with American Energy Development’s acreage found in the midst of a proven oil bearing southern reef trend.1 Using 3-D seismic previously not available on earlier exploration programs over the area, the first of three prospects Brown-12 was drilled in 1972 reporting an Initial production of 583 barrels of oil per day and lies contiguous to a Reef drilled by ExxonMobil that has already produced 606,000 Barrels of oil.
