This is probably a stretch, but Globastar mentioned this PR about a team using the SPOT tracking device in the Titan Desert Race.

I say it's a stretch because I thought the SPOT was using GSAT's simplex data platform which I think is tied in with the GTC applique. Plus it could be an applique tied to GTC UK vs US and it was provided by a company called TraceMyWay.

Additionally, GTC operates its own satellite ground station in Easton, MD which is used for R&D, testing and customer demonstrations.
