Question worth looking at: knowing now that Allay got a no.... What was the submitted dates for this application? Was it first before actipatch or recovery x? Perhaps it could help us to know when we should get a response for the other devices..? Any guesses? If allay was submitted after the other devices, why did we get response before the others? If before, then that may give us an understanding of the other devices timeline? Knowing now what FDA did with allay, can BIEL change their application before FDA passes judgement if it's a matter of "heat" wording, or whatever the medical jargon needs?
Why does BIEL want an investigation going on at the same as an appeal? Do they believe it's not worth it, so they are pushing investigation because they know appeal is mute?

I have to say, at least we heard something...just watch, big dump coming next week, then BAM!!!! Approval for other device....
