here's a thought to solve a lot of issues
we institute a draft for the super rich controlling elite to be put on welfare for life
and we seize all their assets
take the cash and pay off the debt and stick the excess in a fund for national emergencies
gold, silver, gems, stocks, hedge funds, etc and other such liquid items will be considered liquid cash assets
sell off all the physical assets and then send a check of an equal amount to every man and woman over 18 or divide it equally among the 50 states
oh yeah, and we make citizens of all those others in the world who are in that elite category and include them in the draft
and when they refuse to submit to the draft
we just go get 'em and take it from there
and with them, give 10% of the recovered gains to our military budget and share an additional 10% with other world gov'ts that cooperate with us in bringing in those draft dodgers.....
and authorize the use of military force of course with those countries who refuse to hand them over
members of and including millionaires in congress and other branches of our gov't would be exempt and also not allowed to bid on or acquire any of the seized physical assets
look at all the economic problems I just solved......
