Have you ever heard of a public company not disclosing what they are selling and how its being sold either private or via auction?

Do you or anyone on this board no what we just sold OUR ASSETS FOR AND WHAT ASSETS IT WAS?

I am glad to see the price go up but I do not want management selling our assets and us having not even a idea how it was done and to who. Sounds like a private company to me.

I maybe wrong but I do not think they are supposed to liquidate public owned assets via private transactions. If that is the case they could privately sell all our assets and who knows if money could be passed under the table and we wake up and have no assets.
This can not be allowed to happen.

In my opinion IDCC has to inform us of what they are selling and how since WE ARE THE OWNERS NOT MANAGEMENT.
