There is good news in this filing that clears up a confusing piece of wording in the original filings as late as this week in the S1's.

Regarding the conversion of the debenture into shares and the first 5% or $25k can now be done and the "fuzzy" language regarding a floor of .075 (subject to adjustment)...see page 41 item #1...

< but in no event will the conversion price be less than $0.075. >

Thank goodness..

So now the question begs...why isn't the share price at .075 at market?
