Listen. I understand there is no "evidence" that Inca is going private. But how else do you expect anyone to interpret Stacy's complete disregard for shareholders?

My belief is based on this completely incompetent CEO of ours, who hasn't said or done anything to indicate that she, or anyone else working for her, gives a crap about being publically traded.

Are we supposed to assume that she is giving us the silent treatment because we all want her company to succeed? That's insane. I will stand firmly by my belief that Inca has no intention of staying public. And until proven otherwise, I'll continue to speak out against Stacy, because this is people's money and lives we're talking about.

I've got a lot tied up in this thing as well, and I can't sell it! Even worse would be for someone new to come to this board, see some of the press going on, and they buy thinking this is a good investment. That happened to me... I don't want it to happen to anyone else.
