Haydro, There is no more certain way to destroy the share price than dilution.
If they were to do a couple of Reg-D filings for say 500,000 shares each filing over a couple of years, the price would easily drop to the triple zeros most likely to $0.0001. So rounding the share count the math makes it clear:

2,000,000,000 X $0.0001 = $200,000 market cap with dilution

1,000,000,000 X 0.0025 = $2,500,000 with current O/S

If our average share price for the year is around $0.006 then:

1,000,000,000 X 0.006 = $6,000,000 / OS per share buyback

If they had wanted to, they could have driven the price to $0.0001 and then bought back the remaining % they didn't already own for less than $100,000k.
