No, he is not on the board but is a member of management. He is quickly becoming the defacto CEO (Ferris is not a leader of any sort). Many of the recent VirTra decisions are his. He played a large role in the souring of the relationship with Gander Mountain. He also has brought in 4 employees who have base salaries at 100K or more plus commission. He is doing the same thing Don Andrus did; spending rampantly. Only difference is that Andrus lied and tried to hide it, DeCorte didn't.
