If the company could not have found the time or the "info" to SUPPORT the 1st day coming out of a reverse split...Shame on them!
The PPS hit .0101 today which equals .00007(below the tripzip 1 zone had the RS never taken place). Todays open market common share trading does not look good for the future. Someone somewhere better get some paperwork filed and some PR's sent.

If the CEO holds the patents, does tytn int. pay for use - to the CEO?

Yes and it all leads up to a typical pinksheet company not making enough revenue to support operations so heavy dilution becomes the only means and method to continue operations and purchase inventory. Once the dilution hits a certain stage, then comes the "historic" Reverse Split. (to improve shareholder value and look attractive for future financing)
Now, it's been asked before, show the proof of phony shares, crooked MM's and offshore accts associated with TYTN stock.
If the "real" DD is out there could someone please frikn show me?????? (Koolaid DD need not apply)
The next few weeks should be interesting.... Lets see what them there full year 2011 numbers look like and what it does to the PPS. (maybe that "advisory board" cough cough advised the CEO to hold the full year report till the 1st Q numbers am ready? that way there be some good news with da bad??? Cough Cough)
