Mide, you and others got a chance to see MC at the last SHM and this presentation from the CO conference paints a picture of a man who doesn't write checks and put personal property on the line when he doesn't have a good hunch that the ROI will be good. He seems like a person who handles the big picture and assembles the team to implement and execute.

If he were selling big chunks of shares on his way out the door, I would be concerned, but he still has his shares and real estate pledged so that kind of skin in the game is reassuring.
