Do you think they are planning something? Is this a shell company for another business? Why would someone go to the trouble of filing back annual reports and pay the $50 fee for filing if they weren't going to do something. The 1102 Pinkston address may be temporary until they establish the headquarters.

Most everyone here has decided to "wait and see" what happens. If you want to bail then I will be happy to pick up your shares.
