I concur with your assessment. I don't think it is much more than 25 miles or so from Rocky Mount to Wilson. In fact I just checked. Both Wilson and Rocky Mount are approximately 5 miles east of I-95. It is 30 miles if one takes I-95. However, Hwy 301 is direct connection between the 2 towns ... just less than 20 miles. Both are relatively small towns. In that part of Eastern North Carolina the word about the charade PHAR pulled in Rocky Mount would surely have been noticed in Wilson. In fact, no leasing agent worth his salt would have welcomed PHAR after the stunt they pulled with the grant from the city of Rocky Mount. Seems Wilson did not perform DD of its own. After this latest disaster I feel certain that PHAR will be hard pressed to find any suitable space anywhere in the Wilson area.
