As of monday after a call back from Wilson EDA as we already new PHAR is not in the building. Seth Wooten padlocked the building. According to Economic Developers Mgr. Mr. Wooten has filed claims for large sum of money owed. It was left at that.

All open buildings avaliable for any business in a multiple county area goes through them, so as to be able to work with any company to grow the area.
As you mention many grants are used as incentives by them through Rural Developement Authority. According to what i was told since PHAR left there has been no activity about any available buildings that would be needed for FDA compliance or size that have come through them. As mentioned above, all available buildings go through Economic Developement Authority to put potiential clients in a location and then offer incentives.

Bridge was burned in 2009 with private disaster in nearby Rocky Mt.,, so its anybodies guess.
