Modern day alchemy!

Maria, APII was a failed toy company that was about to be worthless when Bull Consulting took it on to clean up their debts and create a shell that could potentially be worth something with the right deal. When this type of situation works out it is like turning lead into gold and it very rarely is successful.

What makes this situation quite different is the entrance of General Stafford as Chairman. You have acknowledged that the product CWS has is viable. General Stafford has a reputation and expertise that can actually bring in the financing and contracts that would be virtually impossible otherwise. Stafford's reputation is on the line and I'm sure he is interested in making some money here as well.

So all of the facts you are pointing out are just the unfortunate baggage of any shell company that is trying to emerge as a successful entity. The name change and symbol change simply get rid of the Action Products history and signal a new era for a new company emerging from the ashes. It is the reorganization, financing, and new contracts that Stafford will bring that will very likely transform this into a multi-dollar stock virtually overnight.

That is what the diehards on this board are banking on and any pointing fingers at past actions of folks involved or unfortunate employment situations are moot. Look at Facebook. Their beginnings were anything but clean and many lawsuits erupted from what was promised or not promised. Potentially your husband may actually have a case against a successful CWS that could make you quite happy in the long term so you should be rooting for us, not against us.
