A review of things I know

Core Wafer was never a "subsidiary" of APII as claimed in PRs earlier this year. Core Wafer is going public via reverse merger.

Core Wafer's Main Office, according to their own website, is a mailbox in a UPS store. Not their Mailing Address; their Main Office. Their misrepresentation, not mine.

Core Wafer had an office in New Mexico at Seagull Plaza; now, the few employees in NM are working from home. To my knowledge, none of the R&D staff here in Albuquerque have moved to Milpitas, CA in the past month.

The projections for CWS are "pro forma," which means take them with a BIG grain of salt.

CWS financials have been promised on this board "anytime now" as least as early as February. I wonder why they were never posted before the "quiet" period started. BTW, according to the information provided by the nice man at FINRA, the "quiet" period is recommended, not mandated, by FINRA. Maybe he's wrong, but that is what I was told.

Who says the book value of CWS proprietary software is $50M? Any independent confirmation of this?

APII's address, 419 LAFAYETTE STREET, SECOND FLOOR NEW YORK NY 10003, is a cooperative office space in NYC run by Sunshine Suites. APII or Gary Polistena or whoever signed the contract with Sunshine Suites are not tenants, but licensees of the space and its services (think "cubicle," not office) and are called "shiners" in the contracts. Tres amusing.

APII's email address is @yahoo.com. Seriously. They can't spring for a domain name? Even my lawyer has his own domain name.

Theta Delta, "third party revenue stream," is NOT a third party.

Theta Delta does not appear to even be an extant business, i.e., no registration in any state that I've checked and none that anyone else has provided since I first raised the issue.

Core Wafer gave my husband a worthless stock certificate. With regard to it being a "fake," I suggest that one compare Roger's signature on the certificate to that on the merger agreement. We have the piece of paper; we know it's worthless, except as toilet paper or for posting on the internets. Beyond that, I make no claims. I leave it to the imagination as to why CWS would have done this.

Core Wafer fired my husband rather than pay him the back wages owed to him. That's just the kind of stand up people they are, IME.

That's what I know.

Oh, and unless they're scrambling to change the name now that I've revealed it, I still predict the name of the new entity will be: Corewafer Industries, Inc. My prediction is based, not on scrolling through pages of NSOS results for "core," but on checking NV and NY records, where CWS and APII are registered, for their dissolution, which is part of the getting a new name process, and finding instead a brand spanking new entity, filed April 26, 2012 with 200,000,000 shares called Corewafer Industries, Inc.

AP-i-yi!!
