$AERN The Company intends to engage in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil properties in North America through its wholly owned subsidiary AER Petroleum, Inc. Internationally, AER Energy intends to evaluate properties for acquisition throughout Canada. AER Energy will focus efforts on natural gas and oil properties which have proven developed and under developed reserves that are economically attractive to the Company but may not be strategic to major exploration-oriented independent oil and gas companies. The Company intends to achieve significant returns on its investments in targeted properties by limiting up-front acquisition costs and developing acquired properties quickly. Our management team includes professionals with extensive engineering, geological, geophysical, technical and operational expertise in successfully developing and operating properties in all areas within the oil and gas industry.
