FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AnyThing Technologies Media Inc. (EXMT.PK) announced today that the company has acquired Global Publishing, Inc in Fremont, California as a wholly owned subsidiary from AMI.
Global Publishing Inc (GPI) is a fully licensed CD and DVD Replication facility and is ISO 9001:2008 certified. GPI has approximately 50,000 square feet of facility space with fully functional CD, DVD and Flex Disc automated replication and printing lines. GPI also specializes in custom packaging and fulfillment services for its customers. ATM purchased GPI from AMI with Preferred stock and cash.
Before the acquisition, GPI acquired a substantial amount of assets in the form of CD and DVD replication equipment from another company in the Bay Area. These assets along with GPI’s assets total in excess of $15,000,000 in value.
George Chen President of GPI, stated, “We are pleased to be a part of ATM, and feel that this acquisition will enable GPI to be fully funded to expand its operations and grow its customer base through increase marketing and sales efforts.”

The company expects to update its shareholders in the near term on the projected revenue numbers for the company over the next quarter and beyond.
